Behind The Scenes With Rock & Pat

Got a chance to take a ride on the Road King out to Winthrop Gold today. While there we ran into Eric McCabe from Kansas…check out that shirt.  This will be Eric’s 5th USDGC and he finished quite well last year coming off the second card on the final day to end up tied for third.  He also won the Players’ Party Putting Contest on the afterburner basket.  Hosted by ‘07 Golden Raker Billy Crump, photos are available elsewhere on this site.  Several hundred dollars worth of 1st Place cash, too, for Eric.  Solid practice obviously helps.

Here is some behinds-the-scenes info for you.  If you get to stop by Commerce Drive be happy that they have some great water coolers because the tap water is NASTY.  Their coffee is worth trying all day.
