Lynn Wins Putting Finals
Jason Lynn of South Carolina became the Hot Shott putting champ after beating Clayton Nash of Mississippi 200 to 175 Thursday night at the players’ party.
Nash took second place while Cam Todd of North Carolina finished third. During the first round of the Hot Shott playoffs, Todd scored a perfect 300. The game, which was played in the parking lot of the Wingate Hotel, uses Sonic putters placed in incrementally further distances apart. The further out they are, the more points they are worth.
